Description

Lunare is Cantina Terlano’s Gewürztraminer selection. For the 2023 vintage, the estate identifies south- and southwest-facing vineyards between 300 and 400 metres. Hand-picked grapes are pressed as whole bunches, and the juice clears through natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation and time on the lees take place partly in stainless steel and partly in large wooden casks before blending. The glass reveals suggestions of grapefruit, lime, lychee and orange, accompanied by rose and ginger. Aromatic richness continues through a smooth, savoury palate, brought together by a dry finish.
