Description

Terlaner I Grande Cuvée was conceived by Cantina Terlano to bring the character of its vineyards and the house tradition together in one white wine. The blend draws on the area’s historic varieties, with Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay central to the project and proportions determined by the harvest. Gentle pressing of whole bunches and natural clarification of the juice precede fermentation in oak. Subsequent contact with the lees accompanies maturation in wood. It is a selection cuvée, intended to bring the estate’s vineyard heritage and accumulated cellar experience into a single expression.
