Description

Vorberg Riserva is Cantina Terlano’s exploration of Pinot Bianco grown on the steep slopes of Monzoccolo. These high, sunny vineyards belong to the area’s quartz-porphyry landscape, characterised by poor, freely draining soils. Hand harvesting includes grape selection, followed by gentle pressing of whole bunches and natural settling of the juice. Fermentation and maturation on the lees take place in large oak casks. This interpretation of Pinot Bianco centres on complexity, substance on the palate and the ability to develop over time, reflecting the estate’s long-standing interest in ageworthy white wines.
