Description

The LOAM Alto Adige Cabernet-Merlot Riserva 2023 from Cantina Tramin is an Alto Adige DOC red blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It shows a deep ruby colour and aromas of ripe red and black fruit, cassis, subtle dark chocolate and aromatic wood notes. On the palate it is structured with defined tannins and good concentration, balancing ripe fruit with spicy and oak-derived nuances; the “Riserva” designation indicates extended ageing prior to release. It pairs well with red meats and hearty dishes and has further bottle ageing potential.
