Description

Santigaìni 2022 is Capichera’s pure Vermentino cru, born from observing the Coddhu Ecchju parcel across many harvests. The name refers to October, and the wine was first produced in 2003. Estate-grown grapes are vinified in stainless steel, while rest in bottle plays a central role in maturation. The aromatic profile combines flowers, citrus, honey and herbs, with suggestions of lavender and flint. The palate shows fullness and vitality, interweaving fruit, freshness and a mineral component that accompanies the wine’s persistence through the finish.
