Description

VT is Capichera’s pure Vermentino, opening an important chapter in the estate’s white-wine research with its first vintage in 1990. Grapes come from estate-owned, Guyot-trained vineyards, and the cellar journey includes a period of rest in bottle. In the producer’s general profile, orange blossom and lemon mingle with aromatic herbs, wisteria and lavender, with nuances of liquorice and citrus honey. The palate is dry, rich and fleshy, supported by vitality and a long finish in which the citrus impressions return and extend the wine’s aromatic expression.
