Description

Cappellano’s Barolo Chinato is an aromatic, contemplative wine made by aromatizing aged Barolo with quinine bark and a proprietary blend of herbs following the family’s historic recipe. It is a sweet red with high alcohol and long persistence, commonly served as an after‑dinner drink and well suited to dark chocolate pairings. The product preserves an artisanal character and the exact spice infusion is kept as a family secret.
