Description

A dry white Riesling made from own‑rooted vines planted in 1896 in the Longuicher Maximin Herrenberg vineyard in the Mosel. The very old vines lend concentration and finesse, grown on red slate soils. Fermentation is spontaneous and the wine is aged in large fuder casks, preserving freshness and structural tension. Tasting notes show yellow fruit, mineral accents and a long, flavorful finish.
