The 2023 Il Guercio from Tenuta di Carleone is a Toscana IGT from Radda in Chianti made from Sangiovese grapes. It is vinified with indigenous yeasts and rested in concrete for roughly 12 months. Aromas show red fruit, orange peel and subtle spicy notes; on the palate it is balanced with integrated tannins and easy drinkability. It pairs well with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
