Caroline Morey’s Chassagne-Montrachet “Les Chambrées” is a village white made from Chardonnay grown in Chassagne-Montrachet. Aromas of white flowers, stone fruit and subtle toasted hazelnut are framed by a stony mineral backbone. The wine is vinified with wood maturation and lees contact to add texture while preserving lively acidity. It is balanced with a lingering finish and pairs well with richer fish dishes, shellfish and moderately aged cheeses.
