Caroline Morey’s Santenay Les Cornières is a white Burgundy made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Santenay area. Aromatically it leans toward white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes, supported by a fresh minerality typical of the Côte de Beaune’s calcareous soils. On the palate it shows medium body, balanced acidity and a clean finish that highlights the clarity of both the grape and the site. Winemaking aims to preserve terroir expression, using cellar practices that favour transparency of fruit.
