Description

Carpineto’s Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2018 is a red wine from Montalcino, Tuscany, made from Sangiovese grapes. It is sourced from high-altitude vineyards (about 500 m) planted on sedimentary soils with galestro, which contribute to the wine’s minerality and structure. As a Riserva it undergoes extended oak maturation (Carpineto specifies at least 42 months), expressing concentrated dark-berry aromas with subtle vanilla and spice notes.
