Carpineto’s Molin Vecchio 2015 is a red Toscana IGT made from grapes grown in the Molin Vecchio vineyard near Montepulciano (SI). The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged about 12 months in oak barrels, followed by extended bottle aging. Aromas of ripe red fruit, plum and spice are evident, and the palate is structured and suitable for further cellaring.
