Description

Argical 2010 from Casa Caterina is a vintage méthode traditionnelle, dosage zero sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from vineyards in Monticelli Brusati (Lombardy) and the wine spent roughly 120 months on the lees. In the glass it shows fine perlage with aromas of bread crust, dried fruit and subtle mineral notes, balanced by freshness and structure. It is produced in a limited edition as a blanc de noirs vintage bottling.
