Description
Cuvée 60 from Casa Caterina is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine made in Monticelli Brusati, in the Franciacorta area of Lombardy. The Rosé version is produced from 100% Pinot Noir and undergoes an extended lees ageing (about 60 months) before disgorgement. Aromas include small red fruit and bread-yeast notes from the long lees contact. The wine is released without a declared vintage (non-vintage).
