Description
Vinha Centenária Pai d’Aviz Villa Oliveira 2018 is a red wine from the Dão made from a centenary vineyard at the foothills of Serra da Estrela. Fermentation takes place in granite lagares with partial foot-treading and the wine is aged for three winters in large tonels, with minimal intervention. Aromas of wild berries, earthy and floral notes with subtle vegetal hints lead to an elegant, fresh palate and a long finish.
