Casa E. di Mirafioreā€™s Barolo Parafada 2021 is a Barolo DOCG from Serralunga dā€™Alba made entirely from Nebbiolo. It matures for 20ā€“24 months in tonneaux followed by further ageing in ceramic amphorae before bottling. Aromas of red berries and spicy notes introduce a lively, structured palate with fine tannins and long persistence.
