Pietradonice is Casanova di Neri's Cabernet Sauvignon, from the winery's southernmost vineyards in Montalcino: an international take on a territory known for Sangiovese. It ferments in open conical vats and matures about 19 months in barriques. The 2020 is fine and structured, with blackcurrant, blackberry, liquorice and leather.
