Cascina Adelaide’s Barolo Fossati 2017 is a Barolo DOCG made from grapes grown in the Fossati cru, located in the commune of La Morra. The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo (several clones). It exemplifies the structural profile typical of Fossati Barolos and is suitable for bottle aging.
