Description

The Roero DOCG “Le Coste” from Cascina Ca’ Rossa (vintage 2020) is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Le Coste vineyard in Santo Stefano Roero. It is aged first in large Slavonian oak barrels and then for several months in bottle before release. Aromas include cherry, red berry fruit and violet with subtle spicy hints; on the palate it is fresh, balanced and supported by noticeable tannins. It pairs well with structured meat dishes and mature cheeses.
