Description

Montemarino is a single-varietal white made from Cortese grapes grown on the hills of Gavi. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically, fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and the wine is bottled without added sulfites, with a short skin contact to initiate fermentation. It shows rich, spicy aromas of ripe fruit and a rounded, structured palate with capacity for extended ageing.
