Étoile du Raisin is a red wine from Cascina degli Ulivi released as a single vintage, 2007. It is a blend of Barbera (85%), Dolcetto (10%) and Ancellotta (5%) sourced from biodynamically farmed parcels. Extended maceration and lengthy ageing produce intense plum and blueberry jam aromas and a velvety texture balanced by lively freshness. This bottling has no added sulphites.
