Description
The Cascina Fontana Barolo del Comune di Castiglione Falletto 2019 is a Barolo from the Langhe made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from selected crus in Castiglione Falletto. It shows a firm structure and pronounced tannins, with aromas ranging from red fruit and rose to more earthy and spicy nuances as it develops. Vinification is carried out by vineyard with extended maceration and prolonged ageing in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by time in concrete and in bottle prior to release.
