Description

Sensazione is a white wine from Cascina Lieto, the estate run by Rie and Hiroto Sasaki in Castiglione Tinella, between the Langhe and Monferrato hills. It is a blend of Moscato and Cortese made with skin contact and further bottle aging. The bouquet shows citrus, floral and subtle herbal notes; on the palate it is mineral, fresh and savory. Production is small-scale and the winery follows nature-oriented viticultural and cellar practices.
