Description

The 2021 Barolo del Comune di Monforte d'Alba from Cascina Sòt is produced from pure Nebbiolo grapes sourced in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba. It is made with traditional vinification and extended maceration, and is aged for about 32 months in large oak casks followed by bottle aging. Aromas include ripe dark fruit, black pepper and undergrowth, while the palate shows powerful tannins and long persistence.
