Description

Castello Bonomi’s Franciacorta Extra Brut Riserva "Lucrezia" Etichetta Nera 2011 is a DOCG vintage sparkling wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir. After gentle pressing of the free-run juice and primary vinification, the wine undergoes very long ageing on the lees (over 120 months) before disgorgement. Golden with copper highlights and a fine persistent mousse, it displays aromas of candied citrus, toasted bread crust and mineral nuances, finishing long and well supported by lively acidity.
