Description

Riserva Lucrezia Etichetta Bianca is an Extra Brut Franciacorta from Castello Bonomi (Coccaglio). The 2009 vintage is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, vinified separately and blended before bottle fermentation; lees aging lasted 144 months. It shows a straw-yellow colour with notes of white-fleshed fruit, dried fruit and white blossoms; the palate is balanced with pronounced acidity and a persistent saline-sapidity.
