Castello Romitorio’s 2020 Brunello di Montalcino is the estate’s flagship wine, made entirely from Sangiovese grown on higher‑altitude sites in the northwest of Montalcino. Fermentation is carefully controlled with natural malolactic conversion, and the wine is matured in oak for a minimum of 24 months and further aged in bottle before release. It is produced as a structured Brunello intended for extended aging, reflecting the estate’s terroir‑driven approach.
