Metafisica is a Toscana Bianco IGT from Castello Romitorio. The 2022 release is a blend of Chardonnay and Trebbiano Toscano that spent about nine months in barrique; production was limited to roughly 1,850 bottles. It displays a medium-bodied, textured profile with orchard-fruit and floral notes balanced by a steady acidity, making it suitable with richer, savory dishes.
