Description

The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Le Bolle” 2021 from Castello Vicchiomaggio is an estate cru produced in the Greve in Chianti area from the Le Bolle vineyard. It is made from Sangiovese planted on the 1.7-hectare parcel and is aged approximately 26 months in new French oak barriques, followed by bottle aging. The wine aims to show the concentration and firm tannic structure typical of the site, reflecting very low yields and stony soils.
