FSM is the flagship red of Castello Vicchiomaggio in Greve in Chianti: the name stands for Federico Secondo Matta, father of the owner John Matta. A pure Merlot aged in barriques, made since 2004. The 2019 is broad and intense, with blackcurrant, blackberry, spice, toasty notes and fine tannins.
