Castelnau Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2007 is a vintage Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay that combines finesse with developed complexity. Extended lees ageing provides a creamy texture and aromas of brioche, white-fleshed fruit and candied citrus. On the palate it shows lively freshness, balanced structure and pastry-tinged notes of toasted bread and hazelnut.
