Description

Millecento is Castiglion del Bosco’s Brunello di Montalcino Riserva, made from Sangiovese selected in the Capanna vineyard. It originates from careful selection of estate-grown grapes and is produced only in years considered suitable for the Riserva. Separate harvesting and handling of the parcels support an approach focused on finesse and persistence. Vinification takes place in stainless steel with skin maceration; the wine then matures in large French oak casks and concrete before resting in bottle. Its tannic structure and acidity support its capacity to develop over time.
