Description

The Jarno 2020 from Castorani is a Colline Pescaresi IGT red made from 100% Montepulciano, produced using a grape-drying (appassimento) process and aged in wood before bottle rest. Aromas include black fruits, dried grape, licorice and hints of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, with balanced tannins and long persistence. Recommended pairings include roasted red meats and mature cheeses.
