Description

Cavalleri Collezione Grandi Cru 2020 is a Franciacorta DOCG vintage sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay from the estate vineyards in Erbusco (BS). Produced by the traditional method, it is a blanc de blancs that undergoes extended aging on the lees. In the glass it shows a fine mousse with aromas of white fruit, bread crust and subtle dried-fruit notes. It works well as an aperitif and with seafood-based dishes.
