Description

Cavalleri’s Rosè Brut 2022 is a traditional method sparkling wine produced in the Franciacorta area. The blend is dominated by Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, showing a coral-pink hue and a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of pink grapefruit, red berries and subtle floral and bready notes lead to a fresh, silky palate with pleasant salinity. It pairs well as an aperitif and with seafood or shellfish.
