Vigna San Giuseppe occupies the central part of Bricco Boschis, the Castiglione Falletto hillside closely associated with the Cavallotto family. Its Nebbiolo produces a Riserva focused on depth and the ability to develop over time. Fermentation uses natural yeasts and a partially submerged cap, followed by extended maturation in Slavonian oak and further bottle ageing. The producer describes substantial structure balanced by elegance, with aromas moving from fruit towards flowers and spices as the wine develops. It is a Barolo suited to red meat and mature cheeses, with its vineyard origin remaining central to its identity.
