Description

Arbois Chardonnay “Guille Bouton” is a single-variety white made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Guille-Bouton parcel in Arbois, in the Jura. The vineyard is farmed using organic and biodynamic practices and the wine is produced with a low-intervention approach; it is aged for roughly two years in old Burgundy barrels, which adds texture and a clear mineral thread. Aromas show white-fleshed fruit and citrus with subtle spice notes and an elegant structure.
