A dry, medium-light white made from Savagnin grown in the Jura. The bouquet shows citrus, stone fruit and subtle herbal notes; on the palate it is mineral-driven with a saline, precise finish. Vinification favors freshness over oxidative styles, with time in tank followed by maturation in old barrels.
