Description

Rosé Champagne from Maison Claude Cazals, produced from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger in the Côte des Blancs. This is a non‑vintage (NV) cuvée built on a Chardonnay base with Pinot Noir vinified in red to provide color and red‑fruit character; it shows fine bubbles and the mineral precision associated with the terroir. Aromas of red berries and white flowers with chalky notes lead to a fresh, balanced palate and an elegant, persistent finish.
