Crayère Brut Nature is a non-vintage Champagne with zero dosage, composed of 55% Pinot Meunier and 45% Chardonnay. From the Vallée de la Marne, it displays mineral-driven tension with aromas of yellow fruit, citrus and subtle spice and toast. Fermentation and ageing include the use of oak and minimal cellar intervention (unfined, unfiltered), highlighting the chalky terroir.
