Description

The Cazé-Thibaut Grand Cru Cramant Extra Brut Vieilles Vignes 2021 is a Blanc de Blancs from the Champagne AOC produced in the Grand Cru village of Cramant. Made from 100% Chardonnay from old vines, it spends roughly 42 months on lees and is finished in an Extra Brut style with very low dosage (around 1.5 g/L). It displays the mineral-driven, refined profile commonly associated with the Côte des Blancs.
