Les Leriens 2019 from Cazé‑Thibaut is an Extra‑Brut vintage Champagne produced in the Vallée de la Marne (Châtillon‑sur‑Marne). The cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir (about 45%/45%/10%) and is aged extensively on the lees before disgorgement. It is sold under the Champagne appellation (AOC) and comes from a grower‑producer that reports natural/organic viticultural practices.
