Description

Naturellement from Cazé‑Thibaut is a Blanc de Noirs produced in the Vallée de la Marne near Châtillon‑sur‑Marne in Champagne. It is made 100% from Pinot Meunier and sold as an extra‑brut / brut nature, non‑vintage cuvée. Winemaking typically uses indigenous fermentations, partial oak vinification and extended lees aging; the estate is farmed organically. The wine is presented in a gastronomic style, with structure and a fine, creamy mousse.
