Les Feusselottes occupies a complex site just south of Chambolle-Musigny, above Charmes and Chatelots. Cécile Tremblay describes her parcel as a mosaic: the lower section has deeper soil, while only a few centimetres separate the surface from rock higher up. Once shaped by a quarry, the site is influenced by the opening of the combe and the contrast between warm days and cool nights. Harvesting demands attention to these different ripening patterns. The Pinot Noir follows the estate’s organic and biodynamic approach, with vinification in wood and barrel maturation directed towards a precise expression of this premier cru.
