Description

Les Cabottes is Cécile Tremblay’s village Chambolle-Musigny, a Pinot Noir bringing together several parcels in the commune rather than identifying with a single lieu-dit. This gives the cuvée a collective view of the village within a range built around precise origins. Established in 2003, the estate places vine health and the relationship between soil, plant and environment at the centre of its work. Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in wood, then matured in barrel. The process keeps fruit purity and a recognisable sense of origin as its references, without imposing a rigid formula on the vineyard.
