Description
Cécile Tremblay’s Chapelle-Chambertin comes from the Gémeaux sector, where the estate holds a small parcel of old Pinot Noir. When discussing this vineyard, the grower particularly stresses the quality of the grapes, the starting point for every cellar decision. This grand cru belongs to a project established in 2003 through the recovery of family vineyards and grounded in care for soil, plants and their environment. Hand harvesting precedes vinification in wood and maturation in barrel. The work aims to preserve the precision of the cru, allowing the individuality of the parcel to guide its interpretation.
