The parcel faces south and enjoys warmer conditions than nearby, higher slopes in Vosne-Romanée. That position guides the work with Pinot Noir and the attention paid to grape ripeness. The estate follows organic and biodynamic principles, harvests by hand and vinifies in wooden vats before barrel maturation.
