Très Girard brings Cécile Tremblay’s work to the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, where she has also established her cellar. It is a village-appellation Pinot Noir within a range that carefully distinguishes village wines, premiers crus and grands crus. Its origins connect with a family vineyard heritage reclaimed and interpreted through organic and biodynamic principles. The grapes are harvested by hand, vinified in wooden vats and matured in barrel. The pursuit of purity and precision begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar, giving room to the character of the site and the quality of the fruit.
