Description

Les Beaux Monts belongs to Cécile Tremblay’s range of Vosne-Romanée premiers crus, where Pinot Noir meets clay-limestone soils. It forms part of the project through which the grower reclaimed her family vineyard heritage, placing care for the vines at the centre of the work. Organic and biodynamic farming accompanies attentive plant management, while harvesting is manual. In the cellar, whole-cluster use is adapted to the grapes and maturation takes place in oak; bottling is carried out without fining or filtration. The guiding reference remains the expression of the premier cru, supported by precision and measured intervention.
